About The Artist

Mona was born in 1975, in Tehran. She started painting from a young age under the supervision of Aydin Aghdashloo, the internationally renowned Iranian contemporary artist, where she mastered different painting techniques. She was awarded a  B.A. in Art from Tehran Azad Art & Architecture University in 1999 and a Certificate in Interior Design from Central Saint Martin's in 2004.

Among her achievements are the selection of one of her paintings for the competitive biennial Tehran Exhibition in 1999 and a retro exhibition of her works in the same year.

Her virtuosity in painting and her experience in interior design have enabled Mona to deliver very successful painting commissions. Please use the links below to explore her personal and commissioned collections.
